BERLIN, Md.-A group of Berlin residents will soon be hosting an event this month to celebrate a milestone. Community leaders tried to repaint the basketball courts at Dr. William Henry Park. Now they plan to celebrate with the community on September 26th. There will be games, food, music, a pitch dedication and basketball games.
